What are the payment options?
Most of our payment options are cashless. Mobile money is the preferred mode. We prefer cash-on-delivery through mobile money paybill option. However, you can pre-pay through mobile money at your convenience.
What is your return policy?
You can return our products within 7 days after delivery if you change your mind or due to eligible reasons. Eligible reasons include damaged/defaced product, wrong package-size and product leakages. If you change your mind, make sure the product is still intact and in no way tampered with. Make sure the cap-seals are intact and the product is in its original packaging.
Do you deliver our orders?
Yes, we do deliver right to your door-step. For areas within and out of Nairobi, we charge shipping fees starting from KSh. 150. You may also choose a service provider of your choice through which we can deliver and pay for the shipping cost at service provider's cost.
Can you show me how to use the purchased product?
Yes, we can. With your permission, we can do a product demo during delivery. We can also send product-use demo videos and instructions via WhatsApp and our website chatbox.
Do you offer other services besides the products?
We are having plans to offer specialized cleaning services in due course, especially for carpet and upholstery.
How long will my order take to reach me?
The order delivery timelines are determined by order preparation time and the destination. We normally require a minimum of 6 hours for same-day deliveries (areas within Nairobi) for orders done before 10:00am, minimum of 12 hours for next-day deliveries and minimum 48 hours for upcountry deliveries. A customer with bulk orders is advised to call us to have customized delivery arrangement; usually a timeline of 72 hours is appropriate for bulk orders.
